The news of the split in the Socialist Party over the issue of reform of the Statute of Castilla La Mancha in paragraphs on the revocation or not the Tajo Segura, extended equally to the ranks of the PP, makes it clear the inconsistencies of the two parties.
The two have resigned, de facto, to have a unique address for Spain (and not just the water issue.)

His recent speeches on the expiry of the Tajo Segura are different as heard in Madrid and Murcia.
UPyD was the only party, as such, voting against the admissibility of the Castilian manchego Statute Reform in the House of Representatives, and the only thing keeping the same proposals in Spain.
UPyD's position has been recognized by the Murcia institutions directly involved in the case, as the Central Union of Irrigation Aqueduct Tajo Segura Rosa Díez has awarded its Gold Badge for his stance in the Congress against the admission a process of reform of manchego Statute.
The Local Committee UPyD in Cartagena will be presented next week in the Register of the City Council a request to the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, and the Municipal People's Party and Socialist in the next Full Council approve the proposal to address Members national Congress of Deputies of their respective parties, urging them to support the non-legislative proposal by Rosa Díez in Congress requesting that policies on water are exclusive powers of the state.
