Councillor for Education, Josefa Maroto, this morning an initiative launched with the City of Murcia Aquagest to bring schools a tool in the form of interactive CD will help students to internalize from childhood behavior responsible water use.
Accompanied by the managing director of Aquagest in Cartagena, José Juan González, the councilor stressed the value of this support material that, over the course, reinforce three main themes, water nature, water in the city and management and responsible use of water by all.
The objective is clear, make the school responsible citizens.
Thus, it is an instrument with a playful approach to students, by its interactive nature, and learning for teachers, also serve to influence the awareness campaign on water in the Department of Education, involving about 300 students from six primary schools and many other students from nine secondary schools.
The latter will also have the opportunity to learn about the water cycle through the filter visits by technical tours Aquagest every Tuesday.
In a first printing 3000 CDs have been released, which in the 'Learn with us' includes nine blocks with 120 different activities for schools in Cartagena and the Region, but also is being distributed at the offices of Aquagest.
