During the week of 2 to 6 February, the Planetary Traveler Astronomical Association of Murcia visited the Colegio La Inmaculada de Cartagena, coinciding with the celebration of the eighth centenary of the birth of the Franciscan Order and the International Year of Astronomy.
The planetarium, an inflatable sphere about five meters in diameter, was installed in the center of the sports pavilion.
Passed by all students and teachers.
In its unique interior, the solar system was recreated through projectors and special effects, simulating travel through space and allowed the contemplation of the night sky on a perfectly clear and extraordinarily realistic, with more than 3,000 stars.
