The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, participated on Friday in celebration of the centenary celebrations of the casino of Sorrows, which was held at the headquarters of this institution, located on Calle Alfonso XIII.

Barreiro, accompanied by President of the Casino de Los Dolores, Angel Valverde, unveiled a plaque commemorating the event and signed the guestbook of the Centennial.

Subsequently, the Band gave a concert Musical Sauces in the halls of the casino culture.

From now on, will begin a series of commemorative events as a tribute to the trade and to trovo, chess tournaments, art exhibitions and musical performances, and a new edition of the Year Award Dolorense.
