The Department of Education of the City of Cartagena, according to their educational programming for the 2008/09 academic year, offered on Saturday, January 31, a new 'Family Concert', the second of the scheduled throughout the course of that school for Saturday mornings.
On this occasion, the musical guest was the Cartagena Chamber Orchestra, under the baton of Brian George Webber, the program offered in concert 'The Melody' which was released for this new edition of Family Concerts.
This training is a chamber music collaborations more common in well-known tour and loyal assistant to them.
The Cartagena Chamber Orchestra has established itself since its inception in 2003, a brilliant musical career, this time presented a suggestive program for children, parents and grandparents to whom it was intended for the concert.
The melody was the instrument to make a tour of music through different authors and technical resources in the treatment of the melody.
This, as always, from an active methodology, participatory and fun as the basis of this education program.
