Two local police officers have carried out early morning arrest of a man who was driving a van without documentation, a detention that occurred after evading two other patrols that have attempted to intercept.
The events passed at 9.30 am, when two motorcycle officers stopped a van that committed an offense in the Paseo de Alfonso XII next to the Port.
