Four young people from Hungary, Germany, Uruguay and Turkey are in Cartagena to participate in volunteer activities in various programs including the Youth Council.
These volunteers will remain in the city until July with a series of projects projects, promoted and managed from the Department of Youth Space.
Moreover, this initiative given the opportunity to live with other cultures and improve their language skills.
EVS (European Voluntary Service) allows any young person aged between 18 and 30 years of participating in a project managed from an organization or entity in any country of the EU and associated countries to the program in action, such as Latin America and Africa.
