The Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, has announced the approval by the Governing Board action program for the construction of housing for youth in Marfagones Mills, so that the only procedure that is to approve the proposed development of the farm Good Aires to start the first phase.
The Partial Plan of the estate Buenos Aires, Marfagones Mills, the commercial Cartagena SL Young, includes an area of 241,619 meters squared, of which over 35,000 are general system of open spaces and 17,000 for equipment, with construction around 1,800 homes in sheltered housing scheme.
On the other hand, in the section on Urban Local Government Board has approved the transfer of land in her Action Unit No. 3, next to the clubhouse of La Palma, for the construction of the Museum of Bun.
It has also been given approval to the taking of six small plots for the drainage of rainwater in the Algar, works whose purpose is to prevent the constant flooding in the area.
On the agenda of the Governing Board has also included the approval of the acquisition of more than 52,000 square meters of land for the expansion of the sewage treatment plant Beaza Cabezo, under an agreement with SEPES.
The budget is 2.5 million euros.
