The Government Delegate treated with neighborhood representatives Cartagena (15/01/2009)

The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, met this morning in Cartagena with a representation of the Federation of Neighbourhood Associations of Cartagena, headed by its chairman, Leandro Martínez Sánchez.
