Based on the agreement entered into by the Agency of Local Development and Employment, the Social Service Department of the City of Cartagena, Murcia Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation and the Association Cartagena APEX has been developed over the past year 2008, the project Employment Healthy, included in the grant program of the European Social Fund global.
The program, regional, has been developed in the area of Cartagena with a total of 43 students, with different pathologies, carpentry specialties and screen have been developed in apex, with 18 students, and landscaping and building maintenance have been developed at the Youth Employment and Quarries, with 25 students, where they performed maintenance and adequacy of the parks included in the enclosure and masonry work, painting and general maintenance of facilities, consisting of repair and adequacy of the perimeter wall of the main building.
The project, with a total duration of 12 months, was structured on four main lines of action:
Employability diagnose and define a socio-path
Perform pre-experimental training activities and improving job skills.
Work placement in companies and partnerships where there is already experience in business workshops.
Carry out search of employment for all participants.
Are ongoing actions aimed at achieving the mainstreaming of students hold the working world.
