The event was held at 19.30 at the Palace Hall located on Royal Street in Cartagena.

Amusal headquarters in Cartagena is located in Building Gala San Francisco street.
The opening of this new center is driven by the order of July 18, 2008 of the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment.
