Local Police Cartagena this morning proceeded to denunciation and withdrawal of a vehicle parked in a parking space reserved for disabled car on Calle San Basilio.
The remote vehicle was carrying a card whose owner had died in 2006.
This intervention is part of the usual campaign to control the use of special parking permits for people with discapadidad, in order that the application to be given to them than that for which they were designed, namely to facilitate parking for disabled persons with mobility problems.
Local police in Cartagena began last November one of these campaigns for the control of special parking permits for disabled persons with reduced mobility.
As a result of this campaign and the performance this morning, police have reported two other vehicles.
The first, last November 25, we proceeded to the complaint of a vehicle carrying a special parking card for people with disabilities and was being used by a disabled person and without the presence of the holder , so it was stripped of that special permit and proceeded to the allegation of the infringement.
The second performance took place on October 14 on a vehicle parked in the area usually reserved for disabled Paseo de Alfonso XIII, opposite the cinemas, and using a card whose owner had died.
The vehicle was located in the street Tierno Galván, stationed at ORA area residents, without carrying the corresponding badge on the dashboard and carrying a special permit parking for people with disabilities.
After appropriate inquiry is found that the holder of such authorization had passed, proceeding, therefore, the withdrawal of vehicle impound and make the appropriate complaint for infringement.
