The Local Government Cartagena City Council today approved a three-way agreement with the Polytechnic University and the Regional Assembly, which concluded the sale of the current administration building, located at Calle Sor Francisca Armendariz, the University of an amount of 6,016,000 euros which in turn will pay the Regional Assembly to UPCT the acquisition of the former dormitory Alberto Colao, which will become part of the expansion of regional facilities.
The government team spokesman, Joaquin Segado, believes that this amount the City shows the generosity and interest involved in the institutions of the administrative fabric of the city, so that with this agreement we all win.
Under the agreement, the purchase of the commitment that by March 1, 2009 has seen the signing of the relevant deeds of sale referred to herein.
Remember that staff currently working in the building of the street Francisca Armendariz Sr. passed to pursue its work in the new administrative building that will open next year in San Miguel Street.
