The Youth Council of Cartagena, in collaboration with the City Council and the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia, has launched the teaching-learning project all together, on the occasion of 30 anniversary of the Spanish Constitution, will develop in all secondary schools and high school.
The campaign, as explained by the prime minister, Manuel Soler, aims to show the younger the values of the Spanish Constitution, notably the rights they now enjoy, like reading a newspaper or attend a free public school and in other countries are impossible to imagine.
All in One project consists of two parts.
The first one will be held throughout the school year in all secondary schools and high schools in the municipality, educational talks by a legal professional concepts explaining the functioning of an election, the functions of Congress and the Senate General Council of the judiciary, parliamentary system, the Crown ...
Schools only need to apply for these talks and attend training as often as required.
The second part of the campaign is organized into four colloquium lectures at many other schools in the county, from December to March.
It will involve major personalities of the municipal and regional levels, from the world of politics, journalism, college, work and sport, who unselfishly have joined the initiative proposed by the Youth Council.
The first of the schools which will host this symposium will talk IES San Isidro, Los Dolores, titled Born in Freedom and with the participation of two regional deputies of the parliamentary groups and socialist popular.
The second center will be the IES Carlos III in Cartagena, with the name of 30 years of economic and social progress, with the participation of Injuve, AJE and UGT in January.
Spanish society after the 1978 Constitution will be the subject of the third symposium lecture in February, and finally, the IES Politécnico host the final lecture in March, entitled Cartagena in democracy and participation the spokespersons of the municipal socialist and popular.

ATTACK
The Youth Council has also expressed their revulsion at the bombing of the Basque businessman Ignacio Uria Mendizabal, ETA perpetrated yesterday in the town of Azpeitia Guipuzcoa.
