The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, along with the Minister of Agriculture and Water, Antonio Cerda, has opened the local office of the New Cartagena urbanization.

The clubhouse has been built by the city of Cartagena on a plot of 500 square meters, located at street number 35 of the Sierra de Gredos, having a surface area of just over 300 square meters.
The main local agencies are: a multipurpose hall with a stage, about 140 square meters, a games room 45 square meters, a library of 33 meters, and various offices, toilets and stores.
Its budget has exceeded the 400,000 euros.
