On Friday, the councilman of Youth, Javier Herrero, attended the launch of the new Youth Correspondent for the 2008/09 academic year and welcomed them, encouraging them to make this work forward as it tries to help their peers answer questions and bring the resources and management services offers.
These young people will carry out its work within 15 Grammar schools in the municipality and the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena.
Are in total 27 students who, individually or in groups, you will deal to reach peers and teachers information about activities, news and services that may be of some use.
Youth Correspondents will also be responsible for collecting any question that they carry out both their peers and their teachers and move to Informajoven which will be attended immediately.
During the weekend the youth correspondents have received intensive training course to learn about the services offered to young people from the Youth Council, learn techniques for disseminating information, organizing the Information Point Panel Calls, coordination with the teaching staff of the Centre and the knowledge and use of resources provided through the Internet.
From now on you will find many students during recess and his Correspondent visible place to help you find the information they need.
