The streets of Cartagena will become Sunday 23 November in a celebration of sport by the conclusion of the seventh edition of the Cross of Artillery.
Two thousand athletes of all ages will participate in an event that each year has more demand and that, for this reason has increased enrollment (from 1,500 to 2,000) and categories.
In this regard, it has incorporated from canicross (of dogs accompanied by their owners) and one for disabled, wheelchair athletics and handbike.
The sporting event will start on the streets of San Juan, near the Military Museum and clean shot.
From there, the race will go down the street Juan Fernandez, Paseo de Alfonso XIII, Street Captains Ripoll, and Adarve Bastarreche Plaza, Calle Gisbert and Paseo Alfonso XII, Calle Real and Calle Ronda, having the goal in the same output place.
Therefore, for the duration of the race, downtown streets will be closed to traffic in accordance with the pitch of the athletes.
Tours through the city streets will vary according to categories: prebenjamines and Latest, 500 meters; fry and children, one mile, and the remaining 5,000 meters.
The start will be staggered, from half past ten.
All participants will receive a bag of supplies with a shirt and different memories.
In addition to prizes for the winners, participants will be drawn between two trips to Tenerife.
