The government team spokesman, Joaquin Mowing, also present at the meeting, said that Pilar Barreiro has been forwarded to the platform that is on the right track as he has managed to go beyond the purely local debate to become a regional issue , besides following an apolitical line becoming the subject of an initiative biprovincialidad social, from the public.

The Platform for Biprovincialidad is composed of representatives of all economic and social agents in the city, such as Chamber of Commerce, COEC, unions, Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Youth Associations, etc.
