The Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, met this afternoon with the rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), Felix Faure, to agree a set of measures to improve and promote public transport by both university road and rail.

The meeting was also attended by the director general of Transport and Ports, Carmen Sandoval, the managing director of the Public Transport Authority, Jose Guillen, the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Coordination UPCT, José Antonio Cascales, and the manager UPCT Esther Natividad.
