One more year, and now they're fifteen, People's University of Cartagena, in collaboration with ASEAN, start a new tour of the Nature Workshop, with new activities will join others already common in the workshop.
The Nature Workshop is intended to serve as a meeting place for people motivated by the environment, providing updated information to enable them to develop, own criteria, an opinion on the environmental reality around them and enable them to participate in the resolution problems identified.

The Nature Workshop objectives are:
Introduce participants to present the Environment.
Address issues in the Region of Murcia.
Study the local environment.
Contextualize the local reality at the national and European level.
Participate in wildlife monitoring projects.
Relate aspects of study and research on conservation and other issues.
Knowing the most interesting natural areas Cartagena, Murcia and Spain.
To promote, through information and training, involvement of people interested in solving environmental problems, bringing them closer to the channels and instruments from which they can make possible.
The workshop consists of a classroom session per week, plus two field trips (during the weekend) every month, as an activity base.
The outputs are increasing in number according to the needs arising from participation in research projects related to the census and monitoring of birds.
Furthermore, longer than two days (passed at least one night out), will be held at least one outlet to a Protected Natural Area of European importance.
