Cartagena City Council awarded the informative study that will bring the different alternatives that will allow for better road link between Highway F-35 and AP7 on the current route of the Way of Syphon.
This route, which is commonly used as access to Santa Ana from the roads in La Palma and La Aparecida, will become a new high-capacity route that connects the Santa Ana and north of Los Dolores in Cartagena and Polygon Industrial Beaza Cabezo, as reported by José Vicente Albaladejo, Councillor of Infrastructures.
Albaladejo has pointed out that this action is undertaking in the municipal election program and the regional government has pledged its cooperation in implementing the solution is finally proposed.
Alternatives raised in this report will be submitted for consideration by both the Ministry of Public Works and the Community of Irrigators of Campo de Cartagena, agency owner of the actual course, with which the City has entered into a conservation agreement.
The study report, together with the other regarding the splitting of the old road to La Union (N-332), from the square to a neighboring Bastarreche, has been awarded 51,000 euros by the company Prodesur SL.
The other action involving the city of Cartagena and La Union, whose mayors have signed an agreement to try to articulate, through the old national, a communication route between the two populations, including sidewalks and a future tramway.
