The councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderón, took part on Tuesday, with the Director of Pensions, Values and Social Inclusion Program of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Juan Castaño Lopez, at the opening of the Symposium on the Role of Third Sector Social Politics in the classroom of the CAM of the High Street of Cartagena.
These Days, dedicated to the study of the actions of entities within the third sector of social policy have been held on 21 and 22 October, with presentations such as the Third Sector in the European Social Policy by José Manuel Fresno , managing director of the Fundación Luis Vives, and the Situation and Challenges of the Third Sector in Spain by Carlos Susi, president of the Spanish Network for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion.
Wednesday, sociologist Mira Silverio Albert spoke about social inclusion policy in the current context in the Region of Murcia.
Later, the councilman of Social Services participated in a panel discussion on the role of the Third Sector in the Region of Murcia, next to Carlos Susie and Juan Antonio Segura, Spanish Network for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion (EAPN) from Murcia .
The conference ended with a case study on work experience in the network of collective education and participation of Cadiz Bay, by Ruben Rodriguez Cadiz CRAC.
