Planning Commission Information is gathered under the chairmanship of the council of the area, Joaquín Segado, has ruled favorably by unaimidad of the representatives of the Popular and PSOE contest resolution initially awarded to commercial CO5 URBANIZADORA SL, for the formulation and implementation PAU of the developable land area Unscheduled CO5 Sector.
The contest was convened and awarded before the new Land Law, which entered into force after it has been impossible to fulfill.
The proposal aims to revoke that award to the PAU pending final adoption by the Autonomous Community, and adapted to the Land Act, to proceed then a new award.
The CO5 covers an area of 735,781 m2, which includes the construction of 2,800 houses.
Of its total area, 374,000 m2 will be allocated to open spaces, roads and equipment.
The performance area is delimited by the College of the Rambla, the channel of the Rambla de Benipila, the neighborhood of St. Joseph the Worker and the trough.
Among the most important infrastructure assigned to this area is the extension of the current Canton Avenue, from near the roundabout Eroski to San José Obrero.
The Commission also informed the votes for the Popular Party and the abstention of the PSOE, the Special Plan of the building located at number 5 of the Sea Wall
It is a listed building which currently has five floors.
The special plan provides for the management of construction, the property left by the addition of two penthouses.
