The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, met this afternoon in Madrid with the Moroccan ambassador to Spain, Omar Azziman, at the residence of the latter in the capital, a meeting also attended by the Councillor for Culture of the City of Cartagena, Rosario Montero, and several directors of the embassy.

The purpose of this meeting is to begin the round of talks in the face of the organization of cultural programs and concerts that will form the next edition of the Sea of Music, the fifteenth and will be devoted to Morocco, and the expected achieve a success similar to last year's festival, which involved 60,000 people.
