Ludo championships and dominated, talks about Alzheimer's disease and plays are just some of the many activities that the Senior Club of Santa Ana has been organized from 6 to 12 October for the celebration of the Second Socio-Cultural Week the Elderly, in collaboration with the Municipal Social Services City of Cartagena.
Around 150 people have participated in these activities, highlighting the success of the call for cultural travel and hiking route to the Cistercian monastery, as well as food, living together in tribute to the staff member that took place last Friday followed by a poetry reading with 'Life' as a central theme.
The inauguration was led by the director of the Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena, Antonio Mula, who toured the exhibition of work done in workshops Leisure Club of Greater Santa Ana also took time for solidarity, with a afternoon dedicated to visiting the sick, and fun, with the celebration on Saturday Night Gala 'Dress different', in which participants were presented with a soda.
The Second Socio-Cultural Week for the Elderly was closed yesterday with the celebration of a Mass of thanksgiving to the patron, and performance, and in the afternoon, the crew Virgen del Carmen de Isla Plana.
