Basque chef Koldo Royo and Alicante band Suoni Dei are the latest additions to the XXVIII International Book Fair, held from 17 to 26 October in the Calle del Carmen and its surroundings.
Koldo Royo Alfaro Txumari replace the first Saturday of the Fair on 18 October at the book signing and the subsequent talk about books and kitchen, which will be accompanied by Firo Vázquez.
Koldo Royo, Michelin star since 1989, presented her second collection of covers, 'Pintxos and tapas of the Basque Country', a publication which brings together more than 850 recipes and 650 photographs.
For its part, the visit of Txumari Alfaro, known television face for their program 'The pharmacy of the grandmother's, will be postponed until Sunday 26 October, on a visit to the Fair to be held at midday.
