Local Development Agency and Employment of Cartagena will manage the project CONVIGUAL, lives in equality, social action project of the Fundación La Caixa which aims to promote gender equality, coexistence in diversity and values education.
The selected project CONVIGUAL, aims to offer an alternative labor insertion unemployed immigrant women in the municipality of Cartagena, developing actions for guidance, training and employment support through personalized plans for training and job placement to get your full integration into the social and working world.
The thirty women selected training activities carried out related to the sector of services for people with special difficulties, internships and individualized tutoring.
The project is funded with a total of 24,000 euros and will shortly sign the agreement between Fundación Obra Social La Caixa and the Agency of Local Development and Employment.
