Among the new features included in this program highlights the new EcoPark Educational Classroom located in the valley, two educational exhibitions scheduled for the first quarter and a range of musical and theatrical performances which can be enjoyed throughout the course.
Furthermore, transport has been incorporated to some activities in the previous year did not have it, to enable all schools to have access to all activities on an equal footing.

EDUCATIONAL EXHIBITS
Among the innovations, there are two high interest educational exhibition taking place during the first quarter of the course.
In collaboration with the Mediterranean area company, has scheduled an exhibition called 'Dinosaur', to be held at the premises of the Mediterranean area, and which may be visited by school groups from September 29 to October 17 in the morning.
The contents of this exhibition are:
-Icnitas (trace fossils) and authentic coprolites (fossilized feces) from different species.
"Several real fossil bone structures.
"Replicas of nests and eggs.
"Fangs, claws and nails of various species.
"Dinosaur Sculptures (some real size).
"Replicas of Skulls and plates.
This exhibition is aimed at teachers and students in their final stage of primary education, secondary and high schools, and will subsidized transportation and educational materials to prepare the visit prior to exposure.
It has also managed the Museum of Science and Water Murcia City Council, the exhibition 'Women Mathematics', originally scheduled for the period from November 17 to December 20, 2008.
This initiative is aimed at students of ESO, Bachillerato, FP, Adult Education, Women's Associations of parents, teachers and anyone interested.
The contents of the exhibition are specifically geared to the presence of women during different times and through different nationalities in the development of mathematical science and its far-reaching contributions to technological development.
Will be held in the Exhibition Hall Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso.
ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS
There are 11 educational programs on the environment overall.
Workshop including the Three Rs: Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, which this year features a first in its location, to be held in the classroom teaching of the newly opened Ecoparque of the trough.
Thus, the workshop will be complemented with a visit to the facilities of the EcoPark, which the students will know 'in situ' the types of waste that people can deposit there, and the process followed for treatment.
It will also carry out educational campaigns Water Conservation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, and Water Public Entity will start for the second consecutive year, an extensive program of workshops, outreach and educational events aimed at the educational community.
This project comprises two activities, a workshop on water saving, for schoolchildren and teachers from 1 to 6 of E.
Primary to be held in the classroom, in which behaviors work to promote water conservation and its proper use.
And a play, 'Not a drop of +', aimed at schoolchildren who do the workshop and family audiences, with educational content on water and its responsible use.
The campaign will have a staggered schedule throughout the school year to ensure that information reaches all schools and parent associations in the educational community.
The action is aimed at all school courses in Primary Education.
TRADITIONAL PROGRAMS
The 'El Campo de Cartagena: their Norias, Mills, Ethnography and the Natural Environment' this course has the possibility to include the newly opened "Hall of Nature of the ports of Santa Barbara ', not yet finished their equipment to be accessed by schools upon request.
This visit will complete the itinerary of this program also has the Mill Zabala visit to the Wheel of the Marines and the Museum of Traditions of the area of Campo de Cartagena.

ARTS PROGRAMS
This section includes theatrical performances for Schools, which offer some new production.
The plays will be offered this school year are as follows:
1 .- 'The Milky Way' is an extraordinary musical of large puppets and actors in black light.
Be presented by the company L'THE UNICORN CAU, in Barcelona and sponsored by Caja Madrid, on 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 October (two sessions per day) for primary schoolchildren.
And besides, on Friday 10 at 18.30 pm and offer a session of family theater, with free entrance until full capacity.
2 .- 'Puppetyfauna' is a theatrical production with objects and puppets.
Animal models tell their own stories stories through recycled materials and music.
The company SQUID THEATER, sponsored by the Social and Cultural IBERCAJA, will represent the 3rd, 4th and 5th December (with two sessions per day) for children 4 to 10 years.
3 .- 'Theatre in English', this year it will stage three productions of the company The Lingua-Arts Theatre, which will cover all ages of compulsory schooling.
The performances will be: 'The country mouse & the city mouse', for students aged 6 to 10 years' Banality Show, for students aged 10 to 14 years, and 'Romeo and Juliet' to school after 14 years.
Be represented in the second quarter of the school year, on 4 and 5 February 2009 (also with 2 sessions per day).
All theater features educational programming will take place in the auditorium of the Centro Cultural Ramón Alonso Luzzy.
Teatro addition, there will be Family Concerts.
The concerts for children and their families who have already achieved a prominent position in educational programming, will this school year with various musical ensembles as Protagonists: Quartet Saravasti intervene in the first quarter of the course, October sábado18 , and the Cartagena Chamber Orchestra is scheduled for the second quarter, Saturday 31 January.
Ll actions based on very attractive pieces of classical music, have a markedly teaching, so that children learn to discriminate sounds, instruments, melodies and rhythms, while enjoying the musical compositions.
The family concert will be held Saturday at 12 am in the Auditorium of the Conservatory of Music, and are aimed at children from 5 years old accompanied by their families.
HISTORY PROGRAMS
The collaboration started earlier during the execution of some activities organized by the Municipal Archaeological Museum 'Enrique Escudero de Castro', this course will be consolidated with the participation in the following workshops:
- 'The Ages of History', addressed to the last cycle of primary education, dealing with time and the stages of history.
- Epigraphy Workshop 'Vox Petrae', for students of ESO, FP and Bachillerato, which handled various media epigraphic texts and their writing through the set in stone, and relationship with life epigraphy in Roman times.
These workshops, taking place in the Classroom Teaching, also are offered including visits to temporary exhibitions the Archaeological Museum is scheduled for this course, and are provided with educational programs, and veterans, to visit the Municipal Archaeological Museum ' Enrique Escudero de Castro 'and Municipal Archives.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Social and Personal Skills Development of Schoolchildren.
For this new course, and in response to growing demand centers usually involved, has reformed the program and expanded its training seminars for the level of 3 º ESO (so far only targeting 1 º ESO) in action aimed at supporting school tutorial on preteens and teens on issues related to personal and social development and interpersonal relationships.
Food habits and responsible consumption.
Will enhance and expand the program in collaboration with various Health Centres and AMPAS Cartagena area of Education.
Until last year was done in coordination with the Health Center ° Peral B, and this year is managing the expansion into other health centers and schools in the area of influence of each.
The proceedings consist of a series of practical workshops, run by a team of doctors, psychologists and nutritionists, in which parents receive information and strategies to achieve healthy diets and responsible for their young children.
