The councilman of Youth, Tourism and Employment, Javier Herrero, received this morning to five young Italians mobility program participants Leonardo Da Vinci, who will make over the coming months work experience in Cartagena tourism enterprises.
Similarly, young Cartagena has also enjoyed the benefits of this scholarship program abroad, whose primary objective is to promote employment and to give young people an overview of the employment situation in the countries of the European Union.
These five young men taken in by the Agency of Local Development and Employment, will be in Cartagena until 19 December.
The ALDE reception is a partner in the Italian program "ITACA '.
The five Italian scholarship will make a stay in our city for 14 weeks, four of which'll be doing the Spanish course, which will be provided by the company Matiz - Linguistic Solutions, and once made ten-week internship in the tourism, marketing and communication.
The grant for each of them, including the Spanish course, accommodation, return travel, pocket money and local transportation.
The Councillor of Tourism has welcomed them on behalf of the Mayor of Cartagena and encouraged them to enjoy the city.
Young Italians have said they are wanting to enjoy the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans.
