Councillor for Education of the City of Cartagena, Joseph Marotta, made a summary of works and performances from their area have been carried out this summer with the aim of finalizing the center of Primary education in the municipality with A total of 200 performances in 40 centers and a total investment of 2,299,799 euros.

To this must be added the development of projects for redistribution of spaces and conditioning of classrooms and toilets, amounting to 141,341 euros.

In general, these actions of greater or lesser importance, related to the change of blinds, under patios, concreting, fencing, interior carpentry, sewer and paving.

According to Josefa Maroto, have taken all actions in strict accordance with the deadlines required by the law, which has resulted in having two great works that are still outstanding.

This is the extension of the school Santa Florentina de La Palma, where it is planned to build six new classrooms, and the Mediterranean school of La Manga, which will have three classrooms.
