People's University in the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena has reported the opening of the registration period for the new academic year 2008/2009, which will take place on 15 September.

The timetable for carrying enforce enrollment in the workshops and courses offered by the People's University will be in the morning, Monday through Friday, from 9.00 am to 13.00 pm, and afternoon, Monday through Thursday from 17, 00 to 20.00 hours.
