The mayor of Cartagena has directed that flags on official agencies of the City of Cartagena were placed at half-staff in mourning for the dead in plane crash in the terminal T2 at Barajas International Airport yesterday afternoon .

The Education Centre, located on the facades of the Town Hall, the Administration Building and other municipal offices will remain at half mast until the day on Saturday.
