The coordinator of United Left of Cartagena, Victoria Rodriguez, today blamed the sewage overflow in Isla Plana to the lack of sustainable development in urban management of local PP.
Rodriguez said the urban development model promoted by the government team in the port city "not only solves the real problems in the coastal area but also creates problems year after year."
Indicated that the PP "give planning permission without there being any planning sewer", causing "serious deficiencies" especially in summer.
"It's a contradiction that the PP intends to offer a model based on quality tourism and then fail to attend to the real problems of the municipality," he said.
In this regard, said that the partial plan of El Mojon "is an example of saturation in which there is no provision of infrastructures and services."
