Troops of the body's engine unit of the local police yesterday arrested Cartagena on August 12, an individual of Senegalese nationality, MD 39, for an alleged offense against intellectual property.
The officers, who were on duty in the area of Paseo Alfonso XIII surprised the company involved in another individual of the same nationality selling imitation products: sunglasses, shirts, bags, etc, between people who walked there.
Police presence to one of those involved took flight on his way leaving one of the bags that contained all the seized material.
Meanwhile, his partner, was arrested and taken to National Police units.
Among the items seized a total of 414 CDs, 57 DVDs, 16 pairs of sunglasses, 12 imitation watches, as well as different brands shirts, purses and shoes.
