Los Nietos has launched this morning a new headquarters of the Coastal Municipal Services, in addition to the one opened last week in Isla Plana and there at the entrance of La Manga.
Located in a municipal lot next to the primary care clinic in Los Nietos, Lobarro street, the new headquarters of the Coastal Municipal Services will cover the area between the Sea of Glass and The Urrutias.
It covers about 50 square meters and will be staffed by a technician, an area manager and one or two assistants, depending on the season.
The opening hours of the office will be 8 to 15 hours in summer and from 8 to 14.30 hours in winter.
The Councillor for Infrastructure, José Vicente Albaladejo, along with several members of the government team and the director general of the Coast, Gabriel Ruiz, this morning visited the facility.
With this new headquarters, the City of Cartagena, through the Municipal Institute of Coastal Services, intensifies its services to citizens in all the beaches in Cartagena.
In this venue, will be handled those complaints, suggestions or concerns raised by neighbors when municipal services such as cleaning, maintenance of beaches, garbage disposal ...
Albaladejo has stated that this effort has municipality paid off, and Cartagena is the second mainland coastal city with more blue flag beaches, a total of six.
