This morning there has been signing the first contracts with the applicants reserve one of the 400 houses protected Cartagena SL Young, established by the City of Cartagena and a dozen construction companies, promoted in the House Buenos Aires Marfagones mills.

The signing of the first contracts have benefited from the presence of Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, and the president of the Association of Construction, Miguel Martinez.

Mowing has been noted that over 300 young people who have booked one of these homes.

Thanks to the City's initiative, the promoters and of CajaMurcia, principal partner in the project, these young people can carry out his dream of decent housing in an upscale residential and a very affordable price, he said.

The Town Planning has relied on that early next year start at the same time, urbanization of the area and the construction of these first homes, once initially approved the Partial Plan.

It will then start the work when it expects more housing application.

Mowing recalled that a housing of 87 square meters and garage will be around € 150,000 while two-bedrooms will cost about 110,000 euros.

This residential development is not only aimed at young people, but to anyone who meets the requirements for access to housing.

Young people who have come to sign the book have agreed that the price point, the area and the environment have been instrumental to access one of these homes.
