The Minister of Tourism and Consumer Affairs, Jose Pablo Ruiz Abellán, today inaugurated the development of the park performances of 'The Palm' in Cabo de Palos, 7,000 m2, for which La Manga Consortium has allocated 187,000 euros, increasing part of the identity Cabo de Palos for leisure visitors to this area of coastline.
In a first phase, soil conditioning, and a second stage, which corresponds to the current intervention, the Consortium seeks to influence the aesthetic improvement of the park.
The work consists of upgrading of roads, with the installation of an irrigation system and a geotextile blanket.
In addition, different areas have covered the garden with color arid, pine bark, gravel and volcanic sand.

A replacement of species binds the installation of litter bins, benches, lighting repairs, installation of two new playgrounds and reset the fence on the perimeter of the park.
With this intervention Consortium La Manga continues his quest to carry out action plans to improve services around the Mar Menor.
