The City of Cartagena, in its efforts to assist citizens in the implementation and development of new technologies and aware of the enormous amount of useful information but difficult to handle, with which users face daily when they go online , has introduced a new service through the municipal website: CTInforma: Information Service and Citizen Alert.
This new project was launched in early May in Madrid, in the Gates of Citizen Seminar Employee organized by the Information Society Magazine and was selected for publication on the X Conference on Information Technology for the Modernization of Administration Public (TECNIMAP), held in Gijón at the end of last year.
CTInforma is based on the automatic tracking websites, previously selected by a task force (Official Gazette, INEM, Autonomous Region of Murcia ...) and aims at providing citizens with accurate, relevant and updated about issues of interest: employment, scholarships, grants, housing, law ...
By a simple form, the citizen is registered and get in your email alerts with news appearing on the websites that CTInforma tracks by default.
You can also open discussion forums, create custom searches ... etc.
CTInforma is easy to use and does not require an expert in navigating the Internet.
However, the City of Cartagena, through the Department of New Technologies, program free 2-hour courses to learn this tool.
