Copla Plan coordinates the 241 people who are dedicated to the monitoring of beaches and assistance to vessels at sea and involving, in addition to the regional administration, human and material resources of coastal municipalities, Red Cross, Armed and State Security Forces, National Society for Sea Rescue (Sasemar) and entities such as marinas and sailing schools.
