The coordinator of IU in Cartagena, Victoria Rodriguez, today blamed the lack of school places in public schools in the municipality to "bad management and planning" to the Department of Education.
Rodriguez was speaking after learning that 80 children have been left Cartagena school place for next year.
Councillor reported that the branch, Josefa Maroto, "alleged" lack of space in population growth in Cartagena for the purpose of "assume no responsibility for poor planning."
