Local Police on Thursday arrested Cartagena a citizen undocumented Chinese nationals for alleged intellectual property crime.

The detainee was found on the terrace of a bar situated at Wssell of Guimbarda, lurking among the tables of customers trying to sell CD's.

When officers approached to try to identify the involved fled, being subsequently intercepted and taken to police station.

At surgery, recovered a total of 133 CD's, both movies and music, all with their corresponding album art printed in color and perfectly packaged.
