In this area 35,400 meters square reserve to be allocated to open spaces, 5,813 for the general road system and 17,700 square meters will be used for equipment to meet the overall needs of the population, regardless of local public facilities of the sector to reach 30 percent of the surface.
The estimated total investment of 18 million euros in infrastructure works.
