The Local Government Board has approved in its meeting this morning, several urban records that allow the construction of about 1,200 homes in different areas of the municipality.
As explained Joaquín Segado, the Governing Board initially adopted the Action Plan and proposed land subdivision 4, AU Hondón (land where the company was located Refrigerators Balsalobre, in Torreciega).
This surface of 45,500 square meters, will allow construction of 480 houses, with a type of ground floor plus six floors.
For this performance, the City receives a lot of 2,000 square meters with a building area of 4,800 square meters for the construction of some 50 homes or so.
In addition, initially adopted Sector Plan Partial MS-1, with an approximate area of 400,000 square meters (the area is situated between Castillitos and Huertas Motor), of which 50,000 will go to tertiary use.
The Partial Plan will allow the construction of about 200 homes.
Also approved the proposal of the Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, on the basis of the contest to the Plan Parcial Sector developer Finca Medina.
As you may recall this plan is in the vicinity of the Quarry Hill, where he plans a residential area of 183,000 square meters with 485 houses.
You have passed statutes and bases of the Bank Conservation Estate Sector A I of South Camachos, presented by the Public Enterprise Land (SEPES).
This sector covers an area of 2,600,000 square meters and Conservation Authority is created for owners of individual parcels to undertake the expenditure incurred for the maintenance of this polygon.
Finally, it has been accepted early release of some land adjacent to public school Carthago, Vista Alegre.
This transfer of land, 2,300 square meters, will allow construction of a social club in this neighborhood.
