The Department of Personnel of the City of Cartagena, in 2008 Training Plan for employees of the entity and its autonomous organizations, has organized a Technical Seminar on Responsibilities for Occupational Health and Safety: Responsibilities and duties of coordination.

The speaker of this training day was Antonio Vicente Sempere Navarro, Professor of Labour Law and Social Security of the University Carlos I in Madrid, which has provided their expertise throughout this morning in the Hall of Residence Albert Colao.
