Cartagena Local Police has conducted a total of 804 breath tests between 2 and 15 June within the Road Safety campaign conducted in collaboration with the Traffic Department.
In all these tests, 642 were made at fixed points of control, of which 8 were positive, 33 were carried out as a result of violations observed by city officials, with 20 positive, and 129 evidence from traffic accidents, 6 of which exceeded the limits allowed by law.
In total, 34 breath tests obtained with a positive result, of which 25 have been processed at the duty court offense and 9 have been processed as administrative complaint.
In addition, during the days that the campaign has lasted 10 crimes have been committed against the Road Safety for driving unlicensed or have it withheld by court order.
