This morning he met the Planning Commission of the City of Cartagena, which has been carried out, among other things, final approval of the Partial Plan CC1.2, which covers the area of the road into the industrial Torreciega Cabezo Beaza in left, which will in this new high growth area of the city to build some 4,000 housing units in height, with buildings of up to sixteen floors.
The Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, said after the committee meeting that in addition to the residential area, there will be a tertiary area of commercial and industrial use, on land now occupied by some warehouses, to cover services for residents, well as green areas, which will become a great place to live with quality.
The Planning Commission has also conducted initial approval today of a specific amendment in the Unit PGMOU Performance of Matthew, which coincides with the Villa Paris, that is, respecting the buildable area, change type of housing to be built.
Thus, the floor area is concentrated so that instead of applying a low type of housing, particularly duplexes, as planned, would apply the type of housing in height.
In the same blocks will be built five-storey buildings, in keeping with the landscape that may already be in the new Santa Lucia and other neighboring areas.
This change will be in full next week and then will move to the Autonomous Region to report that a change is structural and can not be finally adopted at a forthcoming plenary session.
