For the sixth consecutive year, Cartagena hosts the 19 to 23 March, the VI Culinary Crafts Fair, organized by the Folklore Tradition and Eagles, in collaboration with the Department of Trade of the City of Cartagena.
In the sample has 26 gastronomic artisans who produce traditional methods.
From the region of Murcia and other Spanish regions, as well as from France, Algeria and Iraq.
Visitors will find a wide range of chocolate products, beekeepers, nougat, store owners, harvesters, cheese, wine, confectioners, bakers and butchers.
There will be cakes of figs, herbs, spirits liquors, flat sausages Murcia, Valencia cream cakes, liqueurs Galician Algerian sweets, dates, Iraqi and pate and French wines, among others.
The fair will be inaugurated on Wednesday at 12 noon by the councilman of Youth, Development and Employment, Javier Herrero, and the president of the association of craftsmen, Vicente Cano.
Visiting hours will be from Wednesday to Saturday from 11 to 22 hours.
On Sunday, closing day, the opening will be 11 to 16 hours.
