The artist Salvador Torres Cartagena opens today, April 15, at 20 hours, his first solo show at the Exhibition Hall of the Byzantine walls.
"The zoo we live 'invites visitors to reflect on the relationship that exists between humans and animals, or whatever it is, his paintings are a metaphor for modern society and its relationship with nature.
In his note shows how humans and animals in many different paintings and sculptures, and distance are related, are observed and both to learn and maybe bridge the gap, it becomes clear that these efforts the two sides get too late positive.
His paintings are full of scenes and curious stories ironic approach, with sharp tips and stylish sequences, in which without doubt, beyond the human-animal relationship is clear our ambiguous relationship with nature and climate change under all our possibilities.
The exhibition will run until May 17, Tuesday to Saturday, during office hours from 10.30 to 13.30 hours and from 17 to 20.30.
