The Cartagena Basketball Club has been in charge of organizing this weekend's final four phase of Spain Regional Junior Men's Championship, a meeting face to Polaris World CB Murcia, the Capitrans CB Molina, Cartagena Basket and CB Obralia Capuchins.
All matches will be held in Hall Urban.
The semifinals take place on Saturday 19 April at 10.30 hours (against Capitrans Polaris World) and 12.30 (CB Obralia Basket Cartagena and Capuchins), while the finals are on Sunday 20 April at 10.30 hours to determine the third and fourth, and 12.30 hours for second place and the winner.
Councillor for Sports, Alonso Gómez, presented this morning the sporting event with Jose Moreno, vice president of Basketball Club Cartagena, Antonio Albanese, manager of the club.
Moreno stressed that the final will be very close, but Polaris World are favorites.
Cartagena chose to organize this final with Molina de Segura and Sewer, but the excellent reception the previous game on Saturday faced the junior teams of Cartagena and Yecla in the port city, decided to host.
More than 700 people gathered on this occasion to see the youngest basketball, a figure that organizers hope to overcome this weekend.
In fact, it has put an extra tier for up to 150 people.
Moreno noted that one of the main objectives of the club at the moment is to consolidate their bases.
