The Med Cup includes six races in as many cities in southern Europe and in this edition Cartagena is one of the Spanish steps, along with Alicante and Palma de Mallorca.

The event will be held at the Port of Cartagena from 25 to 30 August.

In the presentation, the Mayor will be accompanied by the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Pedro Alberto Cruz, and President of the Organising World Sailing Management, José Ignacio Triay, and representatives of companies and collaborators.

The press conference will be held at 11 am in the Reception Room of the Town Hall.
